Help help pay for our new and improved club facilities.

 

The Club launched its Phase 4 Development Campaign early in 2009. Details of the development were published in a Campaign launch leaflet, but in summary, we have re-built the boathouse as a two bay brick structure to double our capacity and we have re-formed the crumbling river bank, with extended steps and balcony.

 

 

We estimate that the full development will cost in the region of £150,000, of which we have about £100,000 raised already, so we need to raise another £50,000 to cover the costs. We are investigating various external sources (grants, etc.) but we are going to need support, in various forms, from our members and friends of the Club.

Al fundraising so far has been achieved by the members.

Following completion of the works, we will be approaching our membership with more opportunities to contribute to this major development of our Club. Please support us in whatever way you can: either financially, in kind, by organising a fund raising event, or even just pass this information to someone else who can help.
